This ‘turtle treasures’ project kit was designed with a family friendly workshop in mind.
The full kit includes 1x 16cm turtle cutter, 1 x turtle shell hump mould, 1x cute shells silicone mould, 1 x lobster and dolphin silicone mould, 1x seahorse silicone mould, 1 x starfish and crab silicone mould, 1 x hearts and stars silicone mould

This cutter is printed in PLA filament. This item is not food safe. The photo of the bisque item is for inspiration only, this listing is for the 3D printed cutter for you to make the bisque pieces yourself. The colour of your cutters may vary at any time and may be different from that shown in the photo.
Description
This listing is for an item(s) that is printed with PLA filament using a 3D printer. The photos alongside the main photo will show you bisque fired earthenware clay pieces made with the cutters / stamps and also some painted pieces for inspiration. You will also find extra inspiration in our gallery.
This item is perfect for making your own bisque to sell in your PYOP studio, for use within a pottery studio, or for your own handicrafts…. the only limit is your imagination!
The colour of your cutters and stamps may vary from those shown in the photograph.
After use, rinse in cool water (never use hot water and do not soak) and dry immediately. Store in a cool, dry place.
Instructions to make a turtle treasures creation…
- Roll out your clay to 7mm thick
- Use a fluffy brush to lightly dust baby powder over your rolled out clay
- Lay the clay, baby powder side down, over the shell hump mould
- Use your hands to firm the clay around the shell hump mould
- Leave the shell mould in place and line up the turtle cutter over the top of the clay and press down firmly to cut the clay
- Leave the cutter in place and tear away the excess clay from the cutter before gently lifting the cutter away
- Use a needle tool or pointed spatula to tidy up the edges of the turtle
- Use the silicone moulds to make accessories to add to your turtle
- Score and slip anything you add to your turtle in place. Leave the shell hump mould in place until the end to support the body!
