Returns and Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Contact us to arrange the safe return of your item. On receipt of the goods, in an unused and undamaged condition we will reimburse you for your cost of the goods. The shipping cost is not refundable, and the customer is liable for return shipping costs. A refund may not be possible if the products have been used in any way. If you have received a product from us that is faulty, please contact us to arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible, or as part of your subsequent order.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original condition, with all parts and accessories, and in their original packaging where possible.
Right of Cancellation for Digital Content
In line with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a digital product within 14 days from the day of the transaction, provided that you have not initiated the download or streaming of the product.
However, your right to cancel and obtain a refund will be lost once you commence the download or streaming of the digital content, as our service is deemed to be fully delivered at that point. By proceeding to download or stream the digital content, you expressly consent to this immediate start of the delivery and acknowledge your loss of cancellation rights.

If it is determined that the issue cannot be resolved and prevents your use of the product as intended, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Our products, including 3D printed cutters and stamps, are not food safe and are intended for use with clay or other non-edible materials.
