There are various sizes available for this cutter set. The size listed refers to the size of your finished orchid. The available sizes make orchids ranging from 6cm/2.4inches to 20cm/7.9inches.

This item is printed in PLA filament. This item is not food safe. The photo of the bisque item is for inspiration only, this listing is for the 3DÂ printed cutter for you to make the bisque pieces yourself.

Description
This listing is for an item(s) that is printed with PLA filament using a 3D printer. The photos alongside the main photo will show you bisque fired earthenware clay pieces made with the cutters / stamps and also some painted pieces for inspiration. You will also find extra inspiration in our gallery.
This item is perfect for making your own bisque to sell in your PYOP studio, for use within a pottery studio, or for your own handicrafts…. the only limit is your imagination!
The colour of your cutters and stamps may vary from those shown in the photograph.
After use, rinse in cool water (never use hot water and do not soak) and dry immediately. Store in a cool, dry place.
Instructions to make an orchid…
- Roll out clay to 7mm thick and use the cutters to cut out one of each shape
- Gently pinch the edges of the cut out pieces to soften them and give a more organic look. Shape the petals as you wish
- Score the middle of the 3 petal base piece on top and the back of the 2 petal top piece in the middle. Paint slip onto the scored areas and firm the 2 pieces together so that the petals are staggered
- Score the middle of the orchid and the back of the small top piece and firm in place. Shape the middle of the orchid up and shape towards the middle so the sides stand up
- Use a damp paintbrush to seal all of the joins and smooth out the edges
- Leave to dry completely before firing
