Coronation Crown cutter and stamp Complete set

This item is for a 3D printed cutter for a crown shape and a base, plus 10 stamps.   Cut 3 of the crown shapes and one base, stamp as you’d like and then assemble.  Your finished crown will be approximately 17cm in diameter before drying and firing. (assuming your clay is rolled to 1cm thickness.)

Please note that the base cutter and stamp is the same as the one we use for the Coronation coaster so if you’d like that one too then you don’t need to buy it in addition as you get it in this set. 

To assemble (see photos) :

– cut out 3x crown shapes and 1 x base

– press the stamps as you’d like into the desired pieces.

– attach the 3 crown pieces in a row remembering to score, slip and smuch each piece into place.  Smooth each join with a rib (or store card) until you can’t see it.

– attach the crown around the base (not on top of it), and the join up the side.  Remember to score, slip and smush the joins so they are sealed, and smooth in with a rib.

– seal the join inderneath gently ( you may need someone to hep with this part as it’s easier with an extra set of hands.) 

– smooth out any imperfections with a damp (not wet) paintbrush, or your finger until it looks perfect. 

– place a balloon inside the crown to keep it round as it dries.

– ta-dah! a crown fit for a king! 

The size is 15cm in diameter, the stamp will also fit in the base of the Coronation Crown set too.  

This cutter is printed in PLA filament.
