Complete starter kit to make your own gingerbread house

This item is for a full set of 3D printed cutters and stamps to make your very own gingerbread house! 

In this set you will receive:

 

• gigerbread house base cutter
• gingerbread house front wall cutter
• gingerbread house side wall cutter
• gingerbread house roof cutter
• embelishment stamps for gingerbreadhouse
• window and door stamps for gingerbread house.

 

How to make your gingerbread house…….

 

 

We roll our clay to 1cm thick.

Cut 2x front walls, 2x side walls, 2x roof and 1x base.  

 

use the stamps to stamp in designs to embelish your gingerbread house and bring it to life.

 

Form the walls around the base making sure that you score and slip the edges and reinforce the seams so that you can’t see the joins.  The walls are designed to be a perfect fit to fit around the base rather than on top of it.

 

Score and slip your roof in place and add a sausage of clay in between the two pieces…. smooth this in to create a flat top and then (score and slip) add balls of clay to the top to finish it off. 

 

If you’d like to make this into a lantern then use a craft knife to cut out window, if you decide to keep it without windows then you’ll need to add a couple of tiny pin holes for ventilation to let out any gasses in the firing process.
